In the early 1990's, Andy, realizing his passion for helping people plan for their financial future, became a certified budget counselor through Christian Financial Concepts. He volunteered his time helping families create a budget and a game plan for getting out of debt.
Andy continued to pursue his passion and build upon it, by working in the insurance field with Northwestern Mutual, retail trading with Charles Schwab, and retirement planning with The Mutual Fund Store and Financial Engines. Seeing a need for a truly independent, holistic, fiduciary retirement planning firm in Central Ohio, led Andy, along with Eric Susi, to open True North Wealth Partners.
At True North Wealth Partners, we do not believe that the same plan works for everyone. We see our clients as people, not as “accounts,” and we focus on developing lasting client relationships. This approach enables us to carefully craft a financial plan that reflects each client's unique circumstances. This, along with our experience, allows us to keep alert of any potential roadblocks, to navigate around any pitfalls, and to help move our clients toward reaching their goals.
Andy currently maintains the Series 66 license, and CMFC®, and CRPC® designations. He is a former Chairman's Club winner with Financial Engines*. Living in Powell, Ohio, he and his wife have 2 children. Andy enjoys spending his free time with family and friends as well as pursuing hobbies involved with reading, golfing and cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes.”
