Ryan Paugh joined Stratos Wealth Advisors in September of 2015 as a Registered Investment Advisor.  He began his professional career in the financial services industry in 2004 as a Financial Advisor at Raymond James and Associates where he worked for five years; he then became and advisor at JP Morgan Chase for six years before coming to Stratos.

Ryan specializes in developing customized financial plans, designed to help individuals and small business owners pursue their personal financial goals. He has developed a conservative, holistic approach to investing to help clients reach success. He believes in delivering a full spectrum of financial planning support to his diverse clientele, many of whom are successful, credentialed professionals, and business owners in various parts of the nation.

In 2004 he graduated from John Carroll University with a B.S.B.A. in Management and Technology. In 2005 he earned his Masters in Business Administration at Cleveland State University in Finance and Management.

Ryan currently splits time between Cleveland and Las Vegas servicing his clientele.  In his spare time, Ryan is an avid golfer, enjoys hiking, and snowboarding.
